The organization was founded on 6/10/2013 and contributed to the distribution of many needs
And relief assistance to families affected and affected by war
And disasters, and the organization is working to access humanitarian and relief assistance such as materials
Food and life requirements to the poor, the destitute, the destitute, the displaced and the displaced
And to help those affected by the war as well as paying special attention to women
Children and people with special needs are concerned with issues of women and children
Contributing to support and raising their skills, as well as caring for widows, orphans and the oppressed.
Program Officer:
- A program officer acts as a coordinator between multiple projects at a business or organization to be sure their benefiting each other and aligning with overall business goals. They are different from project officer because they do not directly over see individual projects.
- Oversee the field-based project team to ensure program quality and transparency;
- Follow up the organization and delivery of all project activities and services;
- Design and develop new methodology to support community level outreach and work;
- Whenever required, be the representative of project activities.
- Analyze technical gaps and project impact at the community level for project activities;
- Ensure quality data collection and verification of data collected;
- Conduct regular field visits to ensure successful program implementation;
- Write draft regular field reports including progress against targets, all implementation details and challenges in order to be sent to the program officer.
- Organize and attend regular meetings with relevant stakeholders to ensure a coordinated and streamlined approach across target areas;
- Collaborate with relevant service provider on field level to optimize the program implementation;
- Collaborate with field teams in other regions to share lessons learned and harmonize work approaches and best practices across governorates and teams;
- Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the project.
- Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
- preparing follow up reports for ongoing activities.
- Coordinate with all project stakeholders as needed included beneficiaries, local authorities, Media, as needed or assigned by the program manager.
- Supporting MEAL and other department with required goals to be met in areas including beneficiary’s satisfaction, safety, and quality and team member performance.
- Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved in full coordination with program officer.
- Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding program issues and given services in the center.
- Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle regarding all ongoing activities on weekly bases.
Program Officer Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or master degree in business or related field.
- Proven experience in program management.
- Proven stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience managing a team.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Understanding of project management.
