Collaborating actively with the coordinator and the project manager for the WFS or MU set up
· Provide case management services to GBV survivors and child protection cases.
· Filling the required data by using cluster forms and safe referral PRIMERO and CPIMS+ to other service providers.
· Good listening skills to GBV survivors and other child protection cases.
· Conducting WOMEN and girls need assessment in the area/camp.
· Promoting among families and local community in general the WFS/MU activities (goals, timetable, etc.)
· Planning and shaping activities of the women friendly space in close collaboration with the educators and involving the volunteers under the supervision of the coordinator and the project manager
· Monitoring daily the behavior of women and children and girls during the activities implemented
· Individuating most vulnerable cases, monitoring and following up with their situation
· Shaping and modifying the activities delivered to support vulnerable cases in close collaboration with the educators
· Writing reports about each vulnerable women, keeping track of changes in the cases’s behaviors
· Compile most vulnerable cases and proceed with referrals to more specialize services in the camp
· Gather monitoring data on the case management and on referrals done as required by the coordinator and the project manager
· Coordinating daily with the coordinator and officer about activities implemented.
Reporting to:
- Regular reporting to the coordinator about the activities and to GBV expert for case management and referrals
- The social worker works under the direct supervision of the Project coordinator and officer
- College degree Psychological or Social Sciences or Social Worker Department and/or any relevant study
- Attended relevant training on Protection, Child Protection, Psychosocial Support and/or GBV
- Previous experience in NGO and knowledge of Humanitarian Aid System and procedures
- At least two years of experience in child protection field, GBV and case management
- Experience in providing psychosocial support for children
- Fluent in Kurdish and Arabic, English is an asset
- Excellent in MS Office programmes, correspondence and archiving
