Main Objective:
Ensure the successful start-up for youth projects in the Agri-food sector through coaching and follow-up.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
- Contribute to the development of the business coaching module for Agri-food projects;
- Establish a coaching calendar and conduct coaching sessions with students selected for the seed-fund in order to develop their project (including purchase of in kind materials), in collaboration with main implementing partner (MoLSA);
- Conduct business coaching sessions with youth to support the start of their business in the agri-food sector;
- Conduct site visits to the funded projects;
- Provide detailed reports including quantitative data and full descriptive narrative.
- Perform any other relevant duties;

STUDIES REQUIREMENTS
A bachelor degree in business administration or related field. Master degree is a plus.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
4 years of overall professional job experience in business support programs.
Previous experience in working with NGO's is required.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Languages: Working knowledge of English, proficiency in Arabic, and Kurdish proficiency is preferred.
- IT skills: Ability to effectively use standard office software, such as MS Office (Windows, Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point).
