About the Assignment

Together to Protect Human & Environment Association (Together) invites qualified individual trainers, consultants, training institutes, and companies to submit technical and financial proposals for delivering a three-day capacity-building training on Social Media Administration and Marketing (Basic & Advanced), with a strong emphasis on organizational branding.

The training will be delivered in person at Together's office in Erbil for approximately 6–7 staff members. It should combine interactive learning, practical exercises, case studies, and hands-on application.

Key Training Areas

• Organizational branding, brand identity, and positioning.

• Social media administration and platform algorithms.

• Content creation, visual communication, and content planning.

• Audience insights, engagement, and organic growth.

• Digital marketing campaigns, paid advertising, and audience targeting.

• AI-powered marketing tools and automation.

• Campaign analytics, performance measurement, and optimization.

• Ethical, inclusive, and responsible digital marketing.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should demonstrate:

• Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.

• Strong expertise in modern social media platforms, marketing tools, and analytics.

• Previous experience designing and delivering professional training programs.

• Familiarity with Iraqi and Kurdistan Region digital audiences and market trends.

• Ability to deliver training in English, with Arabic and/or Kurdish support when required.

Expected Deliverables

The selected trainer or service provider will be responsible for preparing training materials and a structured three-day agenda, delivering practical training, providing digital marketing templates and implementation tools, preparing a training evaluation report, and issuing certificates of completion to eligible participants.

• Proven professional experience in social media management, digital marketing, and delivering capacity-building training.

• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms, their algorithms, audience engagement strategies, and content optimization techniques.

• Demonstrated expertise in organizational branding, brand positioning, visual identity, and digital communication strategies.

• Practical experience in developing social media content strategies, editorial calendars, and digital marketing campaigns.

• Proficiency in digital advertising, audience targeting, campaign management, and performance analytics.

• Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools, marketing automation, and emerging digital marketing technologies.

• Ability to design and facilitate interactive, practical, and results-oriented training sessions.

• Experience developing training materials, practical exercises, digital marketing toolkits, and participant assessments.

• Understanding of ethical and inclusive digital communication, data protection, and online safety.

• Familiarity with the Iraqi and Kurdistan Region digital marketing landscape and audience behavior.

• Ability to deliver training in English, with Arabic and/or Kurdish language support as required.

Additional Considerations:

• Previous experience providing training or consultancy services to NGOs, civil society organizations, or similar institutions is an advantage.

• Strong communication, facilitation, and mentoring skills.
