Human Relief Foundation is a registered Non-Governmental Organization that works for helping needy people around the world.

Human Relief Foundation International in Iraq is inviting submissions of tenders for a contract to provide the following products:

supply and delivery of best-quality Industrial sewing and overlock machines to Anbar (Ramadi, Haditha, Hit, Al-Rummanah and Qaim.)

Detailed technical specifications are included within the tender documents.

It is recommended to request/collect the tender documents as soon as possible.

Completed tender documents are due to be submitted to Human Relief Foundation Office in the following locations:

- Erbil Field Office-Erbil –Dream City-Villa 29– Iraq

NOTE: Please put this in the subject line when requesting tender documents through email - “PR-IRQ-ERB-2026-014”

NOTE: Each bidder is allowed to submit a quotation for one type/model of sewing machine only. Companies are strictly prohibited from submitting more than one quotation or offering more than one type/model.

Completed tender documents are due to be submitted to Human Relief Foundation by 27^th of October 2026 no later than 1:00 P.M
