Responsibilities
The data clerk is responsible for entering data into the database and maintaining accurate, organized, and secure digital patient records within the DHIS2 platform.
Job Duties:

Input patient records into the online database, health information systems (DHIS2).

Scan paper forms and upload them to the system.

Organize patient records per dates and locations.

Cross-check entries against paper forms. Flag inconsistencies, incomplete records, or anomalies.

Ensure all information is kept confidential, clinical records must be kept securely.

Complete any other data entry tasks requested.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE NEEDED

Must hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in any field.

This is an entry-level position; professional or corporate work experience is not needed.

Must be comfortable using a laptop and have a foundational knowledge of standard Microsoft Office applications (such as Word and Excel).
