Together to Protect Human & Environment Association invites qualified software development companies to submit quotations for:

Interactive Mobile Application (Android & iOS) + Web Dashboard

under the ThriveSpace Project.

As detailed in the attached RFQ document, the scope includes:

  • Mobile app and web dashboard development
  • Gamification system (points, badges, levels, reward wallet, vouchers)
  • Multilingual support (Arabic, English, Kurdish-Sorani)
  • Reports, analytics, monitoring tools
  • Source code, documentation, and manuals
  • 12-month support & maintenance plan

Deadline: 15th December 2025 – 4:00 PM (Baghdad time)
