The CSC Receptionist will serve as the initial point of contact for anyone visiting or calling the IRC Center in Baghdad, responsible for managing reception materials and responding to client and visitor inquiries. This position reports directly to the CSC Team Leader. This position is a full-time position working hours in the IRC Baghdad Center. The responsibilities will be as follows:
Major Responsibilities:
Case Management:
· Provide professional level customer service to everyone who visits the IRC Center.
· Answer the front door and phones in a professional manner, routing inquiries as necessary.
· To help PRoL team to do their activities in the Center.
· He/ she should be available in the center to receive beneficiaries and identify their needs and refer them to the PRoL team.
· Help PRoL activities, including awareness raising campaigns, meetings, and if needed home to home visit as well as cases referral and support for refugees.
· Assist the supervisions of the access to services provided by protection team in the centers and field.
· Proffering and process referral to enhance access to justice for refugees.
· Raising community awareness about access and eligibility to services, expected staff behavior and client feedback and safeguarding mechanisms, and how to use them.
· Collecting and recording client feedback while carrying out project activities.
· Reporting on client needs, preferences, and feedback to their supervisor.
Key Working Relationships:
Position Reports to: CSC Team Leader.
Position technically supervised by CSC Team Leader.
Position directly supervises: N/A
Indirect Reporting: PROL Manager/ PROL Coordinator.
Other Internal and/or external contacts: describe the nature of departments or groups the position influences or requires support from to accomplish objectives.

External: Visitors
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field. Social work background preferred.
Work Experience:
At least one year of prior professional experience in a similar post.
Ability to work independently in a rapidly changing professional environment with a view towards establishing administrative procedures and protocol that will ensure optimal functioning of the operation.
Good interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to maintain the highest degree of discretion.
Demonstrated Skills and Competencies:
Language Skills: Arabic Language is a MUST and English is a plus,

Total benefits:
Salary range: (1,463,616 - 2,195,424) Iraqi Dinars Per Month, based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity and budget as well as calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience and skills relative to the defined job requirements.
13th month salary per year.
21 days of leave and 15 days of paid holidays per year.
IRC provides health insurance for staff and their dependents.
