Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and professional Case Worker to join our team in Al-Qaim District to provide psychosocial support, manage targeted cases with high professionalism and efficiency, and ensure the application of international and local protection standards.
Note: Applicants Must Be Strictly From Al-Qaim.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Case Management: Accurately and professionally identify, register, and assess vulnerable cases in accordance with case management principles.
- Support Plan Development: Develop and implement individualized action plans for each case and regularly monitor their progress to ensure their needs are met.
- Safe Referral: Coordinate and refer cases to other service providers (medical, legal, etc.) and follow up on the outcome.
- Professional Documentation: Archive and update case files electronically and in hard copy while strictly maintaining confidentiality.
- Community Outreach: Organize and deliver awareness sessions for individuals and the community on protection and psychosocial support issues.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in case management or protection with local or international civil society organizations.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic (speaking and writing). English proficiency is a strong asset.
- Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and the ability to use electronic data collection systems (such as Kobo Toolbox).
Personal and Professional Competencies:
- Deep understanding of humanitarian protection principles, human rights, and gender norms.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with beneficiaries from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive cases with flexibility and emotional balance.
- Commitment to the organization's Code of Conduct and Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) policies.
- Priority: Preference will be given to applicants residing in Al-Qaim district or surrounding areas to ensure job stability and a thorough understanding of the local context.
