Cordaid is inviting qualified and experienced consultants, research firms, and service providers to submit their proposals for conducting a Baseline Assessment, in accordance with the requirements and specifications outlined in the Request for Proposals (RFP) dossier and its annexes.

Interested applicants are encouraged to carefully review the RFP documents and submit their technical and financial proposals in line with the scope of work, methodology requirements, submission procedures, and evaluation criteria provided.

Please note that the requirements, deliverables, and technical specifications stated in the RFP documents and annexes must remain unchanged. Any unauthorized modification to the requested scope, formats, or submission requirements may result in the disqualification of the submitted proposal.

All proposals must be prepared and submitted in full compliance with the instructions, terms, and conditions set out in the Request for Proposals dossier.
