About Dijla Agricultural Association (DAA),

A local non-governmental, non-profit organization, founded in 2012. The organization is officially registered in the Council of Ministers General Secretariat /non-governmental organization section No. (1A75728) as a non-governmental organization according to the law of the non-governmental organizations No. (12) for the year (2010). It aims to build up the country’s economy, create employment opportunities for the agricultural, veterinarian and economical profession, addressing the unemployment problem. In addition to rise the educational level through enterprise development, trainings, and workshops.

SUBJECT: Invitation to Bid – Supply of a Multistage Pumping Unit for Telkaif Water Station / Ninewa Governorate.

Dear Valuable Suppliers,

Dijla Agricultural Association (DAA) is pleased to invite you to participate in the tender for the project “Integrated Livelihoods and WASH Support for Vulnerable Communities in Ninewa Governorate”.

according to conditions detailed in the attached files, please find enclosed the following documents, which constitute the tender dossier.

- Any request for clarification must be received by DAA in writing to email (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) at least 03 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. DAA will reply to bidders' questions at least 2 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.

- Correspondence with any other DAA staff members or contractors in respect of this ITB is not permitted and may constitute grounds for disqualification.

- Costs incurred by the bidder in preparing and submitting the tender proposals will not be reimbursed.

- Note that this document is not construed in any way as an offer to contract with your firm. It is strongly recommended to read this Invitation to Bid and its Annexes, thoroughly. Failure to observe the procedures lay out therein may result being disqualified from the evaluation process.

الموضوع: دعوة للتقديم على مناقصة تجهيز طاقم ضخ متعدد المراحل لمحطة ماء تلكيف / محافظة نينوى.

السادة المجهزون المحترمون،

تسر جمعية دجلة الزراعية أن تدعوكم للمشاركة في المناقصة لمشروع "الدعم المتكامل لسبل العيش وقطاع المياه والصرف الصحي للمجتمعات الضعيفة في محافظة نينوى".

وفقا للشروط والتفاصيل الواردة في الملفات المرفقة، يرجى الاطلاع على الوثائق التالية التي تشكل ملف المناقصة.

- أي طلب إيضاح يجب ارساله الى جمعية دجلة الزراعية على البريد الالكتروني (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) قبل ثلاثة أيام على الأقل من الموعد النهائي لتسليم العطاءات. وسوف ترد جمعية دجلة الزراعية على أسئلة مقدمي العطاءات قبل يومين على الأقل من الموعد النهائي لتسليم العطاءات.

- من الغير المسموح به الاتصال باي موظف من موظفي جمعية دجلة الزراعية او المتعاقدين معهما بخصوص المناقصة وقد يسبب مثل هذا الاتصال سبباً للاستبعاد من المناقصة.

- لا تتحمل جمعية دجلة الزراعية اي تكاليف قد يتكبدها مقدم العرض في إعداد وتقديم مقترحات العطاءات.

- ملاحظة أن هذا المستند لا يفسر بأي شكل من الأشكال على أنه عرض للتعاقد مع شركتك. يوصى بشدة بقراءة هذه الدعوة لتقديم العطاءات وملحقاتها بدقة. قد يؤدي عدم مراعاة الإجراءات المنصوص عليها فيه إلى استبعادك من عملية التقييم.

SUBMISSION OF QUOTATIONS

Please place the Tender File (ITB) and the attached file containing the financial offer in a separate envelope. All other documents, including company documents, company registration/license, and all other required documents, should be placed in another separate envelope.

Thereafter, both envelopes should be placed inside one large sealed and stamped envelope, with the company name and tender number (DAA-2026-003) clearly written on the outer envelope.

The bid shall be submitted to the Dijla Agricultural Association office in Mosul - left bank - AL-Baladiyat Q. - Near Midtown Mall - 19/2314/320.

 Submission Deadline: 25 of June 2026, 04:00 PM

Important Notes:

• Only one bid will be received from each company, and in the case of re-announcement a second time a new bid will not be received from the same company.

• Offers transmitted in any other manner or offers received after the deadline date and time will not be considered.

• All responses will be opened by the Dijla Agricultural Association Procurement Committee, and all Bidders will be notified of the results.

• All bids must be in USD; any other bid using other currency will not be accepted.

• The offer must bear your official letterhead, clearly identifying your company.

 تقديم العطاء

يرجى وضع ملف المناقصة (ITB) والملف الملحق المتضمن العرض المالي في ظرف مستقل، على أن يتم وضع بقية المستندات، بما في ذلك وثائق الشركة، وإجازة التأسيس، وكافة الوثائق الأخرى المطلوبة، في ظرف مستقل آخر.

بعد ذلك، يتم وضع الظرفين داخل ظرف كبير مغلق ومختوم من الخارج، مع كتابة اسم الشركة ورقم المناقصة (DAA-2026-003) على الظرف الكبير بشكل واضح.

يتم تقديم العطاء في مكتب جمعية دجلة الزراعية في الموصل – الجانب الأيسر– حي البلديات – مقابل مول ميد تاون – رقم 19/2314/320.

 اخر موعد لتقديم العطاءات هو: 25 حزيران 2026 الساعة 4 عصراً.

ملاحظات هامة:

• سيتم استلام عرض واحد فقط من كل شركة، وفي حالة إعادة الإعلان مرة ثانية لن يتم استلام عرض جديد من نفس الشركة.

• لن يتم النظر في العروض المرسلة بأي طريقة او عروض أخرى بعد الموعد النهائي لاستلام العروض المذكور ادناه.

• سيتم فتح جميع العروض من قبل لجنة المشتريات لجمعية دجلة الزراعية وسيتم اخطار جميع مقدمي العطاءات بالنتائج.

• يجب ان يقدم العطاء بالدولار الامريكي ولن يقبل اي عطاء يقدم بأي عملة أخرى.

• يجب ان يكون العطاء على الاوراق التي تحمل اسم الشركة.
