SOUTNA is a 24-month programme (May 2026 – May 2028) aimed at strengthening the capacities of civil society organisations in Iraq. The programme works with approximately 180 civil society organisations across learning hubs in Baghdad, Erbil, Basra and Ninewa/Mosul, following an advocacy roadmap at both local and national level.

Cordaid – Iraq invites proposals for the selection of a communications and content production provider, to be engaged under a framework contract with a fixed monthly fee, covering field production, digital platform management and the programme's communications materials.
