Founded in 1994, La Chaîne de l’Espoir (CDE) is an international NGO headquartered in Paris, France. Its mission is to strengthen healthcare systems and provide to everyone, especially children, equal chances and opportunities of survival and development. CDE is currently active in twenty-seven (27) countries with a global approach, mainly focusing on children, mothers and disadvantaged communities.

La Chaîne de l’Espoir (CDE) would like to invite interested suppliers to submit their offers to the following attached request for bid regarding the supply/Transport/Installation of yle="text-decoration: underline;">Medical & Non-Medical sinks in Sinjar hospital as part of CDE organization program implementations in IRAQ.

This Invitation to Bid announcement contains the following attachments:
1- Sinks BOQ_ Specifications and Dimensions. 


The supplier offer should include answers for below questions:
1.Brand, Model and Capacity regarding the offered Medical and non-Medica Sinks with Technical Data Sheet of the offered Sink's, where the offer must include the datasheet for items with required specification. OFFERS WITHOUT TECHNICAL DATA SHEETS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
2.Manufacture origin regarding the offered Sinks. (Note we are open to review any brands local, Chinese or any International brands too). 
3.The supplier must offer a delivery duration for the supply/transport/installation.
4.Ability to Deliver the Sinks on site in Sinjar French Medical Center.
5.Warranty period not less than one year. 
6.Service Provision of Installation , commissioning on site.
7.Payment Conditions.
8.Delivery lead Time to complete the Supply and related services. (delivery component is very important in the selection phase)
9.presence valid Company registration and physical address. 
10. Details regarding the cost of the transport and Installation.
