Founded in 1994, La Chaîne de l’Espoir (CDE) is an international NGO headquartered in Paris, France. Its mission is to strengthen healthcare systems and provide to everyone, especially children, equal chances and opportunities of survival and development. CDE is currently active in twenty-seven (27) countries with a global approach, mainly focusing on children, mothers and disadvantaged communities.

La Chaîne de l’Espoir (CDE) would like to invite interested suppliers in yle="text-decoration: underline;">Mosul and Sinjar to submit their offers to the following attached request for bid regarding the supply/Transport/Installation of Medical Furniture's & Equipment's in addition to normal Furniture's in Sinjar hospital as part of CDE organization program implementations in IRAQ.

This Invitation to Bid announcement contains the following attachments:
1- Medical Furniture and Equipment List.
2-Interior Normal Furniture's List. 

The supplier offer should include answers for below questions:
1.Brand, Model and Capacity regarding the offered Medical Equipment's with Technical Data Sheet of the offered Equipment's, where the offer must include the datasheet for items with required specification.
2.Manufacture origin regarding the offered Medical Equipment's.
3.The supplier must offer a delivery duration for the supply/transport/installation.
4.Ability to Deliver the Equipment's and Furniture's on site in Sinjar French Medical Center.
5.Warranty period not less than one year (spare part and maintenance).
6.Service Provision of Installation , commissioning and training to operate the Equipment's and Furniture's on site.
7.Payment Conditions.
8.Delivery lead Time to complete the Supply and related services.
9.presence valid Company registration and physical address in Mosul City. 
10. Details regarding the cost of the transport and Installation.
