To implement the activities of the INTERSOS Humanitarian Organization, the NTERSOS office in Erbil, kindly requests you to provide us with the best prices (VAT excluded, including all possible costs and warranties) for supply backpacks for primary students as per attached: 

Purpose

• The main purpose of this RFQ is to Supply backpacks for primary students, in accordance with the attached photo sample and the specifications listed in Annex 1 (Specifications).
• This Request for Quotation does not constitute a financial commitment by INTERSOS.
• This Announcement consists of the RFQ document and the following annexes:
• Annex 1 – Technical Specifications
• Annex 2 – Supplier’s Declaration Form
• Annex 3 – Special Conditions
• Annex 4 – General Conditions

Eligibility Criteria

• Be fully compliant with the requirements and conditions outlined in Annex 1 (Specifications).
• Fully accept the Contract Terms / General Conditions / Special Conditions (Annexes 3 & 4).
• Provide the required legal documents.
• Demonstrate a track record of supplying school materials, bags, or similar goods for international humanitarian organizations, private, or public sectors in Federal Iraq and/or KRI (minimum 2 examples).
• Ensure delivery within strict timelines and defined parameters.
• Suppliers must have sufficient stock available for the offered backpack model. Supplying a technically acceptable sample while later declaring the full quantity unavailable will result in disqualification.

Documents to be Provided

• Copy of valid Company Registration Licence.
• Copy of valid Tax Registration Certificate.
• Evidence of previous similar supplies (contracts, purchase orders, or delivery notes).

Delivery

• Delivery will be to one designated location within Erbil city.
• The exact delivery address will be communicated later to the awarded supplier after contract signing.
• Supplier must ensure that transportation and offloading are included in the quotation.

Publication & Submission

• Publication of the Tender: September 25^th, 2025
• Submission Deadline: Tuesday, September 30^th, 2025, before 16:00 (Iraq time).

1. Financial Offer

• Offer must clearly mention the validity of the quotation.

2. Physical Sample

• One sample backpack must be delivered to the INTERSOS Office by the same deadline.

INTERSOS Iraq – Erbil Office Four Towers, Block D, First Floor, Apartment A5.

• The sample must arrive before 16:00 on 30.09.2025. Late samples will not be accepted.
• The sample must clearly indicate the supplier’s company name (via company letterhead attached, or a visible label/tag) so that it is traceable to the submitted financial offer.
• Suppliers are required to ensure that the same model provided as sample is available in sufficient stock for the quantities requested. Submitting a sample that is later unavailable in required quantity will lead to disqualification.

Selection Criteria

• Technical Requirements: Pass/Fail (based on submitted sample + eligibility documents).
• Financial Evaluation: 100% based on the lowest responsive financial offer.
