The Youth Capacity Building Consultant will develop and implement training programs, workshops, and mentorship initiatives to enhance the skills and competencies of youth beneficiaries. This role aims to increase youth employability, entrepreneurship, and leadership capacities, aligning with Ashour Foundation's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and evaluate capacity-building programs targeting youth.
- Develop training materials, toolkits, and resources tailored to the needs of the beneficiaries.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and mentorship programs focused on employability, entrepreneurship, leadership, and other relevant skills.
- Collaborate with local organizations, institutions, and stakeholders to expand the impact of the capacity-building programs.
- Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of the training activities, providing insights for program improvement.
- Ensure alignment of the programs with the overall strategic objectives of Ashour Foundation.
- Identify and recommend additional areas for capacity development and continuous improvement.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, education, international development, or related field. A master’s degree is an advantage.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in youth development, capacity building, or training facilitation.
- Skills:
- Strong experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire youth.
- Strong monitoring and evaluation skills.
- Proficiency in English and [local language].
- Competencies:
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and in multi-cultural environments.
Reporting:
The Youth Capacity Building Consultant will report to the Project Manager of Ashour Foundation and work closely with the foundation’s youth development team.
