• Provide health care related to gynaecology and obstetrics to patients, including prevention, diagnosis and treatment.
• توفير الرعاية الصحية المتعلقة بأمراض النساء والتوليد للمرضى، بما في ذلك الوقاية والتشخيص والعلاج.
• For elective C-S the gynae on duty must repeat the examination, record findings and book the patient in the register, not forgetting to issue the required forms (appointments/other documents). if the patient loses her documents and the patient must be seen by gynae and anesthetist, document before being taken to OT If elective, and if emergency the gynae must review and document
• بالنسبة للعمليات القيصرية للمرضى الذين لديهم موعد عملية، يجب على الطبيبة النسائية المناوبة إعادة الفحص وتسجيل النتائج وحجز المريض في السجل، مع عدم نسيان إصدار النماذج المطلوبة (المواعيد / المستندات الأخرى). إذا فقدت المريضة مستنداتها وكان لابد من مراجعة المريضة من قبل الاخصائية النسائية واخصائي التخدير، قم بالتوثيق قبل نقلها إلى غرفة العمليات إذا كانت المريضة لديها موعد عملية، وفي حالة الطوارئ يجب على الاخصائية النسائية المراجعة والتوثيق.
• Ensure the implementation of MSF clinical policies, tools, guidelines and protocols related to gynaecology and obstetrics in order to minimize clinical risk and to give best reproductive practices.
• ضمان تنفيذ سياسات منظمة أطباء بلا حدود السريرية والأدوات والمبادئ التوجيهية والبروتوكولات المتعلقة بأمراض النساء والتوليد من أجل تقليل المخاطر السريرية وتوفير أفضل الممارسات انجابية.
• To ensure patients’ files have been properly and completely compiled (good patients files documentation).
• تجميع ملفات المرضى بشكل صحيح وكامل (توثيق جيد لملفات المرضى).
• In collaboration with other medical colleagues, carry out the collection of quantitative gynaecological data and ensure exhaustive use of management tools in order to improve gynaecological results and to share knowledge among other field specialists.
• بالتعاون مع الزملاء الطبيين الآخرين، قم بجمع البيانات الكمية الخاصة بأمراض النساء والتأكد من الاستخدام الشامل لأدوات الإدارة من أجل تحسين نتائج أمراض النساء وتبادل المعرفة بين المتخصصين الميدانيين الآخرين.
• Plan and supervise the HR associated processes (training, performance evaluation, development and internal) of the gynaecological staff in order to ensure both an efficient sizing and the amount of knowledge required, to improve people’s capabilities and their active participation in influencing the targeted population using preventive practices. This will be done in close coordination with the HR department.
• التخطيط والإشراف على العمليات المرتبطة بالموارد البشرية (التدريب وتقييم الأداء والتطوير والاتصال الداخلي / الخارجي) لموظفي النسائية من أجل ضمان كل من التحجيم الفعال وكمية المعرفة المطلوبة، لتحسين قدرات الناس ومشاركتهم النشطة في التأثير على السكان المستهدفين باستخدام الممارسات الوقائية. وسيتم ذلك بالتنسيق الوثيق مع قسم الموارد البشرية.
• Ensure the maintenance and the correct running of the gynaecological equipment and ensuring its rational use of medical items as well as that pharmacy stock levels are permanently updated and available. This will be done in cooperation with the pharmacist and logistic staff and other supervisors of the departments.
• ضمان الصيانة والتشغيل الصحيح لمعدات أمراض النساء وضمان الاستخدام الرشيد للعناصر الطبية وكذلك تحديث مستويات مخزون الصيدلية واتاحتها بشكل دائم. وسيتم ذلك بالتعاون مع الصيدلي والموظفين اللوجستيين، وغيرهم من المشرفين على الأقسام.

MSF CH /Context Specific Accountabilities                                                                     أطباء بلا حدود / المسؤوليات المحددة بالسياق

• Accept and apply MSF principles, values and internal regulations. Apply MSF protocols and adhere to the rules implemented by MSF within Nablus hospital.
• قبول وتطبيق مبادئ منظمة أطباء بلا حدود وقيمها وأنظمتها الداخلية.تطبيق بروتوكولات منظمة أطباء بلا حدود والالتزام بالقواعد التي تطبقها منظمة أطباء بلا حدود داخل مستشفى نابلس.
• Respect and ensure that Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) measure implemented at Nablus Hospital are followed
• احترام وضمان اتباع إجراءات الوقاية من العدوى ومكافحتها (IPC) المطبقة في مستشفى نابلس
• Keeping a close communication with the patients and/or her relatives, giving accurate information about the patient’s diagnosis, evolution and treatment plan.

• الحفاظ على اتصال وثيق مع المرضى و / أو أقاربها، وإعطاء معلومات دقيقة حول تشخيص المريض وتطوره وخطة العلاج.

Requirements    

• Education: Essential bachelor’s degree in medicine and general surgery and board / diploma certificate of gynaecological speciality.  
• Experience: At least 2-year experience Mandatory as “internship “with DoH
• Desirable 2 years of previous experience in similar position with MSF or other International NGO’s
• Languages: Desirable English; Fluency in Arabic
• For applicants with foreign certificates, Iraqi recognised state-diploma is required.
• For applicants registered under DOH Ninewa, a non-objection letter should be provided only if the staff is selected

• التعليم: مطلوب شهادة بكالوريوس في الطب والجراحة العامة وشهادة بورد\ دبلوم تخصص نسائية.
• الخبرة: خبرة الزامية لسنتين على الاقل كمتدرب\ة مع دائرة الصحة.
• يفضل خبرة لا تقل عن 2 سنوات في وظيفة مماثلة مع منظمة أطباء بلا حدود او مع منظمات اخرى.
• اللغات: يفضل معرفة اللغة انكليزية والطلاقة باللغة العربية
• المتقدمين من ذوي الشهادات الأجنبية، مطلوب شهادة معادلة لها ومعترف بها من الحكومة العراقية
• المتقدمين التابعين لدائرة صحة نينوى، يجب تقديم كتاب عدم ممانعة فقط إذا تم اختيار الموظفين.
