Continue their professional formative process while following MSF gynaecological and obstetric procedures, performing any other prior treatment required, during or immediately after a woman has given birth. To reduce risks during pregnancy, during delivery and to avoid neonate’s complications, always should be supervised by the senior gynaecologist. Collaborate with the rest of the maternity team (midwives, nurses and expats) to achieve the best outcome for the mother and the child. This will be done in accordance with MSF policies, protocols and universal hygiene standards. اكمال عمليتهم التكوينية المهنية مع اتباع اجراءات النسائية والتوليد لأطباء بلا حدود، اجراء أي معالجة استباقية مطلوبة خلال او مباشرة بعد ان تلد المرأة. للتقليل من المخاطر خلال الحمل والولادة وتجنب مضاعفات حديثي الولادة يجب الاشراف دائما بواسطة الطبيبة المختصة. التعاون مع بقية فريق النسائية (القابلات، الممرضات والكادر الاجنبي) لتحقيق أفضل نتيجة للام والطفل. سيتم القيام بذلك وفق سياسات وبروتوكولات اطباء بلا حدود ومعايير النظافة العالمية. |

- Understanding and respecting the patients’ dignity, accept them as participants in medical decisions, and ensure the follow up of consent of medical information.
- Demonstrate competency in patient care, medical knowledge, communication skills, professionalism, practice-based learning and improvement based on MSF recommendations (Medical and surgical case management).
- Under direct supervisions of senior gynaecologists and/or the chief of gynaecologist to diagnose and manage all clinical problems in general obstetrics and gynaecology based on MSF guidelines and protocols.
- Improve their own knowledge and ensure the follow up of MSF clinical policies, tools, guidelines and protocols related to gynaecology and obstetrics in order to minimize clinical risks and to extend best reproductive health care practices as per MSF recommendations.
- To compile patients’ files properly and completely (good patients files documentation).
- Maintain a correct channel of communication with both their supervisors as with the rest of the medical staff to assess, plan, provide and integrate care for patients, according to their level of responsibility in every shift as per MSF recommendations.
- Participate to the morbi-mortality review organized by chief of gynaecologists.

- بأشراف مباشر من الطبيبة الاخصائية و\او رئيسة الطبيبات لتشخيص وادارة المشاكل السريرية في النسائية والتوليد العامة بناء على إرشادات وبروتوكولات اطباء بلا حدود.
- تحسين معلوماتهم والحرص على متابعة السياسات السريرية لأطباء بلا حدود والادوات والارشادات والبروتوكولات المتعلقة بالنسائية والتوليد من اجل تقليل المخاطر السريرية وزيادة ممارسات الرعاية الصحية الانجابية بموجب ارشادات اطباء بلا حدود.
- تجميع واكمال ملفات المرضى بشكل مناسب وكلي (التوثيق الطبي الجيد في الملف).
- الحفاظ على قناة تواصل مع كل من المسؤول وبقية الكادر الطبي للتقييم والتخطيط لتقديم رعاية متكاملة للمرضى حسب مستوى مسؤوليتهم في كل مناوبة بموجب ارشادات اطباء بلا حدود.
- المشاركة في مراجعة المراضة والوفيات المنظمة من قبل رئيسة الطبيبات.
MSF CH /Context Specific Accountabilities
- Accept and apply MSF principles, values and internal regulations. Apply MSF protocols and adhere to the rules implemented by MSF within Nablus hospital.
- Respect and ensure that Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) measure implemented at Nablus Hospital are followed

- القبول وتطبيق مبادئ وقيم والقوانين الداخلية لأطباء بلا حدود. تطبيق بروتوكولات اطباء بلا حدود والالتزام بالقوانين المنفذة بواسطة طباء بل حدود في مستشفى نابلس.
- الاحترام والحرص على اتباع اجراءات المكافحة والوقاية من العدوى المطبقة في اطباء بلا حدود.
Requirements
- Education: Essential bachelor’s degree in medicine and general surgery, senior house officer in gynaecology.
- Experience: At least 2 year experience Mandatory as “internship “with DoH
- Desirable 2 years of previous experience in similar position with MSF or other International NGO’s
- Languages: Desirable English; Fluency in Arabic
- For applicants with foreign certificates, Iraqi recognised state-diploma is required.
- For applicants registered under DOH Ninewa, a non-objection letter should be provided only if the staff is selected

- التعليم: مطلوب شهادة بكالوريوس في الطب والجراحة العامة، مقيمة قدمى في النسائية
- الخبرة: خبرة الزامية سنتين على الاقل كمتدربة مع دائرة الصحة
- يفضل خبرة لا تقل عن 2 سنوات في وظيفة مماثلة مع منظمة أطباء بلا حدود او مع منظمات غير حكومية اخرى.
- اللغات: يفضل معرفة اللغة انكليزية والطلاقة باللغة العربية
- المتقدمين من ذوي الشهادات الأجنبية، مطلوب شهادة معادلة لها ومعترف بها من الحكومة العراقية
- المتقدمين التابعين لدائرة صحة نينوى، يجب تقديم كتاب عدم ممانعة فقط إذا تم اختيار الموظفين.
