Description

Overview

Ashor is seeking a highly motivated Enumerator to join our team and support data collection efforts for the TAZEZ Project. As Enumerator, you will conduct in-person interviews and surveys to gather key data from stakeholders. Your responsibilities include scheduling interviews, facilitating surveys using established tools, thoroughly documenting responses, and submitting complete data on time.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Contact respondents and schedule interviews according to the survey schedule
  • Travel to interview locations and conduct interviews using the survey questionnaire
  • Ensure all questions are asked clearly and responses are recorded accurately
  • Review completed questionnaires daily to identify any errors or gaps
  • Maintain confidentiality of all respondent information
  • Submit completed questionnaires on time according to the project schedule
  • Report any issues or challenges during data collection promptly
  • Maintain professional conduct during all interactions with respondents

Qualifications & Preferred Skills

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 Years of experience conducting surveys or interviews
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related
  • Proven work experience as an Enumerator with INGOs &
  • PC literacy and experience with KOBO and MS
  • Excellent organizational and time-management
  • Ability to work independently and confidence to undergo household
  • Teamwork
  • Excellent communication and interviewing skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain a daily work schedule
