Casual Worker – Community Mobilizer - Ninewa
Provide Group Problem Management Plus (GPM+) sessions
Provide Saving for Transformation (S4T) sessions for saving groups
Provide gender transformative dialogue sessions
Track record of reached beneficiaries through sessions on daily basis
Follow up with beneficiaries on monthly basis
Support in beneficiaries’ registration and selection
Conduct any other task requested by line supervisor
Trained and experienced casuals, Some prior knowledge of MHPSS, Financial Literacy, or community development.
Strong communication skills, good listening skills, sensitivity to the needs and priorities of different sectors of the community. Arabic language is mandatory.
Excellent communication skills with children of different age groups and adults (staff and community members).
Good interpersonal skills and cross-cultural sensitivity.
Ability to work in difficult and high risk situations.
Ability to cope and work under pressure.
Well-organized, self-motivated and ability to work in a team.
Familiar with Humanitarian Principles and standards.
Full adherence to World Vision Child Protection, Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest policies.
