Description
Tasks and responsibilities
- Set up, check and maintain the complaint feedback mechanisms;
- Following UNHCR procedure, conduct the regular follow up of the complains received in the complaint boxes;
- Conduct mobile missions according with the team leader instruction to collect the feedback and complains from the communities in the out of camp locations, according with UNHCR procedure;
- Collect the face-to-face complains/requests and provide the needed guidance/information to the persons of concerns;
- Identify and referred to the appropriated departments the person who need additional support, according with UNHCR procedure and guidelines;
- Support the CWC team with the awareness campaigns and community events;
- Conduct participatory assessments in coordination with UNHCR and other stakeholders;
- Keep a very strong connection with the targeted communities and update the team leader about any challenge, protection risk or other;
- Submit regular updates and reports according with UNHCR and TDH management instructions and templates;
- Collect the needed data and information according with UNHCR and TDH management instructions and templates;
- Support the AAP team with any other relevant task.

Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree

very good knowledge of community mobilization and accountability systems for affected population.

Previous experience in NGO Child protection and knowledge of Humanitarian Aid System and procedures

at least 1 year of experience in related field

good communication and reporting skills;

able to work independently, effectively, and harmoniously with colleagues from varied cultures and professional backgrounds at all levels.

Capable of working under stressful and difficult conditions.

Demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality in performing responsibilities.

Computer literate on Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.

Languages:

Comfortable in English, Arabic, and Kurdish.
