تقوم اخوية المحبة الانسانية (كاريتاس العراق)، بالشراكة مع خدمات الإغاثة الكاثوليكية (CRS)، بتنفيذ مشروع المستقبل المشترك الذي تموله الوكالة الامريكية  للتنمية الدولية (USAID) لمدة 7.25 سنة (لمدة سبع سنوات وثلاثة اشهر). تعمل اخوية المحبة وخدمات الإغاثة الكاثوليكية في الوقت الراهن على تعزيز التفاهم المتبادل والتسامح وبناء الثقة بين الجماعات الدينية والعرقية في سبعة مواقع مختلفة في سهل نينوى، وهي: برطلة، بعشيقة، نمرود، قرقوش، تلكيف، تلسقف ووانه.

ملخص الوظيفة:

بصفته عضوًا في فريق مشروع التماسك الاجتماعي، سيكون دور موظف المشروع التماسك الاجتماعي هو تنفيذ ومتابعة وتقديم تقارير حول الأنشطة ذات الصلة بالتماسك الاجتماعي في سهل نينوى. بإشراف مدير مشروع اخوية المحبة، وبدعم فني قوي من مسؤول المشروع الاقدم للتماسك الاجتماعي ومدير برنامج بناء السلام في خدمات الإغاثة الكاثوليكية، سيتولى موظف المشروع متابعة الموظفين المجتمعيين وتنظيم ورش العمل والحوارات والفعاليات مع الشباب والقادة، بالإضافة إلى تقديم مجموعة متنوعة من التدريبات. تعتبر هذه الوظيفة بدوام كامل وستكون مقرها في منطقة قرقوش، مع الحاجة إلى سفر وعمل منتظمين إلى موقع أو أكثر في سهل نينوى. تبلغ مدة العقد الأولية شهران، قابلة للتجديد والتمديد بناءً على تأكيد المانح والتمويل. سيتطلب هذا الدور السفر المنتظم إلى أربيل ودهوك، مما قد يتضمن البقاء الليلي لمدة تصل إلى أسبوع واحد.

المسؤوليات الوظيفية:

• تنظيم وتنفيذ جميع الأنشطة وفقًا لمتطلبات الجهة المانحة.
• تسهيل التدريبات وورش العمل حول مهارات الحياة وديناميكيات الصراع والحوار بين الأعراق والأديان مع الشباب وقادة المجتمع من خلفيات قبلية ودينية و/أو عرقية مختلفة.
• إدارة عملية تنفيذ المبادرات والمشاريع المجتمعية للمشاركين في مناطق سهل نينوى.
• المشاركة في جمع البيانات وتحليلها، بما في ذلك إجراء التقييمات الدورية وقياس تقدم العمل وفقًا لمتطلبات المشروع، وإعداد التقارير وفقًا للجداول الزمنية المحددة للإبلاغ..
• رصد وتقديم تقارير عن أي تحديات و/أو فجوات تم التعرف عليها من أجل التعديل على الخطط وجداول التنفيذ.
• تقديم المدخلات الضرورية من أجل أعداد تقارير عالية الجودة وإكمال وثائق المشروع للأنشطة المعينة.

المتطلبات والخبرات والمهارات:

: التعليم والخبرة

• حاصل على درجة البكالوريوس كمتطلب كما يتطلب وجود 4 سنوات من الخبرة المرتبطة في منظمة غير حكومية؛ ويُفضل وجود خبرة في العمل مع الشباب و/أو قادة المجتمع.
• الخبرة في تسهيل التدريبات أو ورش العمل حول مواضيع معقدة (على سبيل المثال، الحماية، والحوار الطائفي/العرقي) مرغوب فيها بشدة.
• يُطلب الخبرة في استخدام نظام التشغيل Windows وحزمة برامج Microsoft Office (Excel، Word، PowerPoint، MS Teams،Zoom)
• يُطلب الإلمام الجيد باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية تحدثًا وكتابةً كما ان المعرفة بالآرامية أو الشبكية أو التركمانية أو الكردية أو أي لهجة محلية أخرى تعتبر إضافة إيجابية.
• يجب ألا يكون المتقدم موظفا في القطاع الحكومي.

السفر المطلوب: يمكن أن يكون الموقع في مكتب قره قوش/كاريتاس، مع السفر المتكرر إلى دهوك و/أو أربيل.

موظف مشروع واحد يتم تعينه في مكتب اخوية المحبة في قره قوش.

 ستكون الافضلية في اختيار المتقدمين من قضاء الحمدانية وتوابعه، وستاخذ بنظر الاعتبار السيرة الذاتية للمتقدمين من المناطق الاخرى في قرى سهل نينوى الشمالي والجنوبي ومدينة الموصل.

Job Title: - Social Cohesion Project Officer

Reports to:  Shared Future Project Manager.

Country / Location: Qaraqosh

AL-Mahaba Brotherhood Humanitarian Organization (Caritas Iraq), in partnership with Catholic Relief Services (CRS), is implementing the 7.25-year USAID Shared Future Project. Currently in year 6 of implementation, AL-Mahaba Brotherhood Humanitarian Organization and CRS seek to build mutual understanding, tolerance, and trust among religious and ethnic groups in seven project locations in the Ninewa Plains: Bartella, Bashiqa, Nimrod, Qaraqosh, Telkeif, Telskof, and Wanna. 

Job Summary: -

As a member of the social cohesion project team, the Social Cohesion Project Officer (PO) will implement, monitor and report on social cohesion activities in the Ninawa Plains.  Under the supervision of the AL-Mahaba Brotherhood Humanitarian Organization Project Manager and, with strong technical support from the CRS Social Cohesion Senior Project Officer(s) and the Peacebuilding Program Manager, the PO will oversee community mobilizers, organize workshops, dialogues and events with youth and leaders, and deliver trainings. This position is a full-time position and will be based in Qaraqosh with frequent travel and work to one or more assigned project locations in the Ninewa Plains. The initial contract duration is 2 months, subject to renewal and extension pending donor confirmation and funding. Occasional travel to Erbil and Duhok, including overnight stay of up to one week, will be required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate  and implement   all assigned project   activities   in line with donor   requirements    and good practice.  
• Facilitate trainings and workshops on life skills, conflict dynamics, interethnic and interfaith dialogue with youth and community leaders from various tribal, religious, and/or ethnic backgrounds
• Manage the development, progress, and implementation of participant-driven community projects across the Ninawa Plains
• Participate  in data collection   and analysis   activates including   periodic assessments and measurements            of progress against targets for project indicators.    Prepare reports according to established   reporting   
• Effectively  manage and supervise community    mobilizers   based in project  
• Provide coaching and complete  performance management   for direct reports.
• Monitor  and report any challenges and / or gaps identified to inform adjustments   to plans and implementation     
• Provide inputs for the timely preparation of high-quality reports and complete   project documentation for assigned activities.

Typical Background, Experience&  Requirements:- Education and Experience

The preference will be inclined with the job applicants who are based in Hamdaniah district and surrounding. Moreover, it will be taken in consideration the job applicants CVs of the other territories in Northen and Southern Ninawa plain and Mosul city.
