Overview of the Opportunity:

Janat Al-Frdaws for Relief and Development (JF), in collaboration with ASB, seeks to provide volunteer opportunities for individuals who are dedicated to community work to join our team as volunteers. This role is crucial to our project aimed at enhancing community participation, encouraging social responsibility, and promoting human rights and citizenship. Community volunteers will form vital links between the project and community members, ensuring successful implementation and monitoring of project activities.

تسعى مؤسسة جنات الفردوس للإغاثة والتنمية (JF) بالتعاون مع منظمة ASB إلى توفير فرص تطوع للأفراد الراغبين والمكرسين للعمل المجتمعي للانضمام إلى فريقنا كمتطوعين. هذا الدور أساسي لمشروعنا الذي يهدف إلى تعزيز المشاركة المجتمعية، وتشجيع المسؤولية الاجتماعية، وتعزيز حقوق الإنسان والمواطنة. سيقوم متطوعو المجتمع بتكوين روابط حيوية بين المشروع وأعضاء المجتمع، مما يضمن التنفيذ الناجح ومراقبة أنشطة المشروع.

Main Responsibilities:

Community Engagement and Support:

• Act as a liaison between the project and community members.
• Accompany and support project beneficiaries.
• Raise public awareness of community participation, social responsibility, human rights, and citizenship.
• Advocate for women's participation in the workforce.

Monitoring and Reporting:

• Conduct regular monitoring of project activities and provide updates.
• Assist in collecting and documenting data related to project outcomes and impacts.

Training and Capacity Building:

• Hold awareness sessions targeting 3,600 community members.
• Provide training and support to 180 beneficiaries and 30 small and medium-sized enterprises.
• Accompany and guide 5 beneficiaries per volunteer through training programs and business establishment.

Sustainability and Continuity:

• Enhance the representation of civil society through continuous training.
• Maintain the role of civil society representatives after the project ends.
• Act as points of contact for information on job opportunities and community resources.

Application Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent and above.
• Experience: Previous experience in community work, social services, or related fields is preferred.
• Employment Status: Not employed by any other governmental or non-governmental organization.
• Age Range: 18-30 years old.

• Ability to work collaboratively with different community members.
• Organizational and monitoring skills.
• Commitment to promoting social responsibility, human rights, and community participation.

• العمل كحلقة وصل بين المشروع وأعضاء المجتمع.
• مرافقة ودعم المستفيدين من المشروع.
• تعزيز الوعي العام بالمشاركة المجتمعية، والمسؤولية الاجتماعية، وحقوق الإنسان، والمواطنة.
• الدعوة لمشاركة النساء في سوق العمل.

المراقبة والإبلاغ:

• إجراء مراقبة منتظمة لأنشطة المشروع وتقديم التحديثات.
• المساعدة في جمع وتوثيق البيانات المتعلقة بنتائج وتأثيرات المشروع.

التدريب وبناء القدرات:

• اقامة جلسات توعية تستهدف 3600 من افراد المجتمع.
• تقديم التدريب والدعم إلى 180 مستفيدًا و30 مؤسسة صغيرة ومتوسطة الكلفة.
• مرافقة وتوجيه 5 مستفيدين لكل متطوع، وتوجيههم خلال برامج التدريب وإنشاء الأعمال.

الاستدامة والاستمرارية:

• تعزيز تمثيل المجتمع المدني من خلال التدريب المستمر.
• الحفاظ على دور ممثلي المجتمع المدني بعد انتهاء المشروع.
• العمل كجهات اتصال للحصول على معلومات حول فرص العمل وموارد المجتمع.

شروط التقديم:

• التعليم: شهادة الاعدادية او ما يقابلها فما فوق
• الخبرة: يفضل الخبرة السابقة في العمل المجتمعي أو الخدمات الاجتماعية أو المجالات ذات الصلة.
• عدم الارتباط الوظيفي باي جهة اخرى حكومية او غير حكومية
• ان يكون المتقدم من الفئة العمرية 18-30 سنة
• مهارات تواصل قوية ومهارات التعامل مع الآخرين.
• القدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني مع أعضاء المجتمع المختلفين.
• مهارات تنظيمية ومراقبة.
• الالتزام بتعزيز المسؤولية الاجتماعية وحقوق الإنسان والمشاركة المجتمعية.
