
The CASH enumerators are responsible for providing support to the ERD department in the target areas for data collection and CASH distributions under the anticipatory action project.
The enumerators working with the ERD Manager, the cash enumerators, are specifically responsible for registration and cash distribution at the request of the ERD Manager to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
The cash enumerators will be paid a daily rate of 35,000 IQDs for their services, which will be paid at the end of the month after satisfactory completion of the service.
The Enumerator is expected to work from 08:30 AM to 03:30 PM with a one-hour lunch break.
Major Responsibilities:
- Conduct vulnerability assessments (door by door) for IDPs, host, and returnees in the target area.
- Perform all duties under the instruction of IRC – ERD manager.
- Report any challenges or issues promptly to the IRC ERD Manger as soon as they occur.
- Utilize IRC tools and equipment (tablets) for work and return these to IRC upon completion of the assignment.
- The enumerator should perform any duties assigned as long as they are consistent with the program goals and objectives and comply with such instructions that IRC shall from time-to-time issue.
- Devote his or her whole working time, attention, and abilities to IRC during business hours.
- Act in the best interests of IRC and carry out the performance of all work duties and general conduct to the highest standards.
- Any other reasonable duties may be delegated to him/her by the ERD manager.
Professional Standards:
The IRC and IRC workers must adhere to the values and principles outlined in IRC Way - Standards for Professional Conduct. These are Integrity, Service, and Accountability. In accordance with these values, the IRC operates and enforces policies on Beneficiary Protection from Exploitation and Abuse, Child Safeguarding, Anti Workplace Harassment, Fiscal Integrity, and Anti-Retaliation.
- 0-1 years of experience in data collection or monitoring and evaluation.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, IT or related fields.
- Fluency in Written and Spoken Arabic is required
- Ability to travel inside the governorate.
- Interest in the humanitarian field and administration is preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Has experience in using the data collection application.
- The ability to learn and work under pressure from all levels.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality wherever the incumbent comes across sensitive information/data.
