General Description

The FSD Admin Assistant is responsible for the efficient and effective administrative function within the organization.

Reporting Structure

For day to day operational management requirements the Admin Assistant reports directly to the Admin Finance Officer or any other designated person appointed/instructed by the PM.

Working Hours

The normal office hours for the Admin Assistant are 0900 – 1700 hours, Sunday to Thursday.   

Duties and Responsibilities

The Admin Assistant will be expected to assist the Admin Finance Officer by carrying out the following activities:

  • Preparing income tax for the staffs and remit them to the Directorate of Tax on Quarterly base.
  • Prepare Annual Financial Report and submitting it to the DNGO.
  • Provide clearance, support letters to different government departments for FSD, and all the required paperwork from Directorate of tax.
  • Prepare timesheets and payroll for FSD staffs every month.
  • Submit overall required paperwork to the ministry of Interior and follow up.
  • Renew international staffs’ residency.
  • Issue visa application for the international staffs when entering to the country.
  • Check and liquidate the traffic fines for the organization’s vehicles.
  • Register and renew vehicles’ registration cards when it is needed.
  • Issue and prepare contract for FSD staffs.
  • Conduct overall governmental related paperwork.
  • Conduct any other responsibilities given by the PM, Admin Finance Officer, or Logistic Coordinator.

  • Computer literacy, in particular experience in the use of Office/Excel/PowerPoint.
