Job Summary: The position supports and assists the Project Manager(s) and the Field Health Officer(s) in facilitating workflow, helping with project reports, and preparing these reports for submission to the Ministry of Health (DOH). The role also involves tracking staff attendance, preparing attendance reports for shifts, representing IHAO in meetings, and performing other office-related duties as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support coordination between the Primary Healthcare Institution, the sector, and the Ministry of Health.
- Track daily and monthly attendance and submit attendance reports to the "Field Medical Officer," who is responsible for verifying the report.
- Prepare a list of center staff detailing working hours.
- Collaborate with the Field Medical Officer and Project Manager to ensure the smooth operation of IHAO.
- Upon approval from the Project Coordinator, the officer is authorized to handle payments on behalf of IHAO.
- Represent IHAO in meetings related to the core operational activities of the organization.
- Ensure smooth workflow and provide necessary services to the project.
- Act professionally and personally in a manner that enhances the credibility of IHAO and does not compromise its humanitarian mission.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the direct supervisor to support the team and work plan.
Knowledge and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related management field is required.
- At least two (2) years of experience in administration or a related field is required.
- Previous experience with an NGO is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English are required.
- Effective time management skills are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email is required.
