Scope of Work
The supplier shall be responsible for the following:
- Conduct a site visit in coordination with the organization's team to verify the hall dimensions, floor condition, loading access points, and installation areas.
- Prepare a measurement sheet and a simple layout showing the coverage areas, carpet-laying direction, and joint locations, and obtain the organization's approval before implementation.

- Repair defects resulting from the supplied materials or installation that appear during the exhibition, in accordance with the warranty requirements.
- Conduct a final joint measurement and hand over the completed work through a formal acceptance report.
