Supply and Printing of Promotional Materials for Baghdad Job Fair 2026

Invitation to Quote

Human for Human (H4H) invites qualified suppliers and printing companies to submit their quotations for the supply, printing, and delivery of promotional materials required for Baghdad Job Fair 2026.

Scope of Supply

The required items include promotional ceramic mugs, insulated thermal bottles, tote bags, A5 notebooks, promotional pens, presentation folders, flex banners with steel frames, feather flags, premium lanyards, and participant ID badges, in accordance with the quantities and technical specifications provided in the accompanying Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).

Technical Requirements

All items must comply with the required technical specifications and designs approved by H4H. Suppliers shall provide samples for approval before mass production where required.

Quotations must include all relevant costs for production, printing, packaging, transportation, delivery, and installation, where applicable. Any proposed deviations from the requested specifications must be clearly stated in the quotation.

Documents Required

Interested suppliers must submit:

• A completed quotation showing unit prices and total prices for all items.
• Company registration and relevant legal documents.
• Technical specifications and product details, with samples or photographs where applicable.
• A proposed delivery schedule.
• Proposed payment terms.
• The quotation currency and details of any applicable taxes or additional charges.

Quotation Submission Procedure

Quotations must be submitted through the tender submission method specified on the tender platform.

Submission deadline: 27 October 2026.

Suppliers must ensure that all required documents are uploaded successfully before the deadline. Late or incomplete submissions may not be considered.

Evaluation and Award

H4H will evaluate quotations based on compliance with the technical specifications, price competitiveness, product quality, delivery schedule, completeness of documentation, and other relevant procurement criteria.

H4H reserves the right to request clarifications and to accept or reject any quotation in accordance with its procurement procedures.
