Ashuor Iraqi Foundation for Relief and Development invites legally registered and qualified suppliers, contractors and service providers to submit technical and financial bids for supplying materials, installation services and rehabilitation works for five community-led initiatives in Diyala. The procurement includes outdoor shelters and lighting, electrical materials, air-conditioning and blinds, painting and waterproofing works, school garden improvements, desk rehabilitation, signboards, documentation services, plumbing materials, classroom whiteboards and a waste container.

تدعو مؤسسة آشور العراقية للإغاثة والتنمية الموردين والمقاولين ومقدمي الخدمات المؤهلين والمسجلين قانوني ا إلى تقديم عروض فنية ومالية لتجهيز المواد وخدمات النص ب وأعمال التأهيل لخمس مبادرات يقودها المجتمع في ديالى . تشمل المناقصة مظلات خارجية وإنارة ومواد كهربائية ومكيفات وستائر وأعمال صبغ وعزل وتحسين الحدائق المدرسية وترميم الرحلات واللوحات التعريفية وخدمات التوثيق ومواد السباكة والسبورات الصفية وحاوية نفايات

The completed BOQ and RFB must be signed and stamped and uploaded through the official submission link. | يج ب توقيع وختم جدول

Upload a valid company registration certificate, applicable tax registration or tax-clearance document, owner or authorized representative ID, authorization evidence where applicable, and the signed Code of Ethics Declaration. | رفع شهادة تسجي ل شركة نافذة ، ووثيقة

All submissions must be clear, valid, complete, signed and stamped where applicable. Missing mandatory documents may result in disqualification. | يجب أن تكون جميع الوثائق واضحة ونافذة ومكتمل ة وموقع ة ومختومة حيثما ينطبق . قد يؤدي نق ص الوثائق الإلزامية إلى استبعاد العرض .

Offers must be submitted in IQD and remain valid for at least 90 days from the closing date. | يج ب تقديم الأسعار بالدينار العراقي وأن يبقى العرض

Late submissions or bids submitted through any channel other than the official upload link will not be considered. | لن يتم النظر ف ي العروض
