Sale Details

• Items are sold on an “As Is, Where Is” basis.
• WHH will not carry out any repairs before or after the sale.
• Only visual inspection is permitted; no functional or technical testing is allowed.
• The sale will be conducted through a sealed bidding system.

Bidding Information

• Bid submission deadline: 31 Aug 2026.
• A separate sealed bid must be submitted for each lot.

• The highest bidder will be notified and must respond within 24 hours.
• A 10% deposit must be paid within two working days to secure the sale.
• The sales contract will be signed after full payment and completion of administrative procedures.
• All transportation and removal costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

ملاحظات هامة

• سيتم إشعار أعلى مزايد من قبل قسم اللوجستيات، ويجب عليه الرد خلال 24 ساعة.
• يجب دفع 10٪ من سعر البيع خلال يومي عمل لتأمين الصفقة.
• يتم توقيع عقد البيع الرسمي بعد سداد كامل المبلغ واستكمال الإجراءات الإدارية.
• جميع تكاليف النقل والإخلاء تقع على عاتق المشتري.

ملاحظة: بعد توقيع عقد البيع، يصبح المشتري المالك القانوني للمعدات، ولن تكون WHH مسؤولة عن أي ضرر أو خسارة بعد نقل الملكية.
