Kurdistan Organization for Human Rights Watch (KOHRW) is seeking reputable, licensed national and international companies for prequalification to deliver construction and rehabilitation works for eight public facilities in Kirkuk and Ninewa, comprising five schools, two primary health centers, and one water facility, in accordance with the scope of work outlined in the EOI document.

No margin of preference is applied; the EOI is open to all eligible Bidders.

This Tender is a One-Envelope process.

KOHRW will follow the One-Envelope process for this procurement. Therefore, please submit your quotation following the requirements detailed in the EOI.

1-      The Bid, as well as all correspondence and documents relating to the Bid shall be written in English

2-      Offers must be submitted through the eProc Portal, and before the EOI deadline expires. It will not be possible to submit your bid after the deadline or outside the eProc Portal
