Ashuor Iraqi Foundation for Relief and Development invites eligible suppliers, printing houses, advertising companies, and specialized companies to submit their financial offers for the supply, design, printing, and delivery of visibility materials for the NABNI Project, under the project “Nabni Together: Building Local Peace and Trust in Baghdad, Najaf, and Basra.”

تدعو منظمة آشور العراقية للإغاثة والتنمية الموردين المؤهلين، وأصحاب المطابع، وشركات الإعلان، والشركات المختصة، إلى تقديم عروضهم المالية لتجهيز وتصميم وطباعة وتوصيل المواد التعريفية الخاصة بمشروع نبني، ضمن مشروع "نبني معاً: بناء السلام والثقة المحلية في بغداد والنجف والبصرة".

Subject: Supply, design, printing, and delivery of visibility materials for the NABNI Project to Baghdad, Basra, and Erbil.

الموضوع: تجهيز وتصميم وطباعة ونقل المواد التعريفية الخاصة بمشروع نبني إلى بغداد والبصرة وأربيل.

The required items include visibility caps, complaint boxes, flex banners with iron frames, business cards, roll-up banners, complaint brochures, complaint cards, bags with the project logo, visibility vests, and agenda notebooks.

تشمل المواد المطلوبة: قبعات تعريفية، صناديق شكاوى، بانرات فلكس مع إطار حديدي، بطاقات تعريفية، رول أب، بروشورات شكاوى، بطاقات شكاوى، حقائب تحمل شعار المشروع، سترات تعريفية، ودفاتر أجندة.

Interested suppliers, particularly printing houses and specialized companies, must submit their offers exclusively through the official eProcurement Portal. Offers submitted by email, hard copy, or through any other method outside the eProcurement Portal will not be considered.

يجب على الموردين المهتمين، وخصوصاً أصحاب المطابع والشركات المختصة، تقديم عروضهم حصراً من خلال بوابة المشتريات الإلكترونية الرسمية. ولن يتم النظر في أي عروض مقدمة عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو بنسخ ورقية أو من خلال أي وسيلة أخرى خارج بوابة المشتريات الإلكترونية.

All prices must include the costs of design, production, printing, packaging, transportation, delivery, taxes, duties, and all related costs. Partial offers will not be accepted unless explicitly stated otherwise in the RFB.

يجب أن تشمل جميع الأسعار تكاليف التصميم، والإنتاج، والطباعة، والتغليف، والنقل، والتوصيل، والضرائب، والرسوم، وجميع التكاليف ذات الصلة. لا تقبل العروض الجزئية ما لم ينص على خلاف ذلك صراحةً في طلب العروض.

Ashuor Iraqi Foundation for Relief and Development reserves the right to accept or reject any offer, in whole or in part, in accordance with procurement procedures and donor compliance requirements.
