International Medical Corps (IMC) is pleased to invite interested bidders to participate in a public auction for the sale of used vehicle registered in Erbil. The vehicle are offered on an “as is, where is” basis.

• Inspection Period:
  Vehicles can be inspected at IMC Erbil Office from Sunday, Jun 21 to Thursday, Jun 25, 2026, between 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
• Bidding Documents:
  Available free of charge and can be downloaded from the attachment section.
• Bid Submission Deadline:
  Thursday, Jun 25, 2026, at 4:00 PM
• Bid Opening:
  Monday, Jun 26, 2026, by IMC’s authorized Auction Committee.
• Payment Terms:
  All payments must be made by depositing the full amount in cash at the International Medical Corps office within five (5) working days of the auction award.
• Vehicle Condition:
  All vehicles are sold “as is” without any warranty or guarantee.
• Buyer’s Obligations:
  All costs related to registration, taxes, and ownership transfer are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Bid Award Basis:
  The highest offer per vehicle will determine the successful bidder.
• Please note that the vehicle will remain in operational use until the handover date. As a result, the odometer reading may increase from the mileage indicated at the time of auction. The successful bidder acknowledges and accepts any reasonable increase in mileage occurring prior to vehicle delivery.
• Right to Reject:
  IMC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without explanation.
