IRW is Announcing an RFQ for “Refreshment Food Items”. And the deadline as mentioned in the attached documents is 02 March 2026 /10:00 AM Iraq Local time                            

When submitting please note the below:    

• RFQ to be submit via e-mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  
• By hand to IRW Iraq Office located at Ekhlas Empire Building, 2nd Floor, Apartment 8,100 Meter Street, Near Arjan Hotel, Erbil, Kurdistan Region – Iraq.
• Offers submitted after the ​deadline will be excluded.                            
• Non stamped RFQ and Financial file will be excluded. Please use signed RFQ and financial file with IRIW stamp for your submission.
• Offers without the requested documents of (Company profile, Registration etc..) will be excluded.                            
• Unit price must be in IQD currency    

Important notes to the suppliers:

• The supplier must accept payment through bank or cheque
• The supplier is recommended to visit the office for a physical assessment before submitting the offer.
• The payment process after completion might take 5-10 business days.
