Dear Sir / Madam,
Ankawa Humanitarian Committee (AHC) invites qualified contractors to submit bids for the design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a solar photovoltaic (PV) system.
The system shall generate a minimum of 90A, 220V electricity power under the Iraqi system standard during daylight hours (8:00 AM – 1:00 PM). The system will be on-grid (no battery storage) and will supply power directly to the school’s existing electrical system.
The successful contractor shall perform the required services in line with AHC standards at a high level of quality and shall follow all applications, and directives, as detailed in the Scope of Work – Attachment (1).

تدعو منظمة عنكاوا الإنسانية (AHC) إلى تقديم عروض من المقاولين المؤهلين لتقديم عطاءاتهم لتصميم وتوريد وتركيب واختبار وتشغيل نظام الطاقة الشمسية الكهروضوئية (PV).
يجب أن يُولّد النظام طاقة كهربائية لا تقل عن 90 أمبير، 220 فولت، وفقًا للمعايير العراقية خلال ساعات النهار (من الساعة 8:00 صباحًا حتى 1:00 ظهرًا). سيكون النظام متصلًا بالشبكة الكهربائية (بدون تخزين بطاريات)، وسيُزوّد الطاقة مباشرةً بالشبكة الكهربائية الحالية للمدرسة.
يجب على مزود الناجح أداء الخدمات المطلوبة بما يتماشى مع معايير منظمة عنكاوا الإنسانية بمستوى عالٍ من الجودة وأن يتبع جميع التطبيقات والتوجيهات، على النحو المفصل في نطاق العمل - مرفق (1).
