Sesame Workshop International – Iraq (SWIQ) known as (Ahlan Simsim Iraq) is the Iraqi based branch office Sesame Workshop, a nonprofit educational organization based in New York, USA. Sesame Workshop is an innovative force for change, with a mission to help kids everywhere grow smarter, stronger, and kinder.
Sesame Workshop International – Iraq (SWIQ) is seeking a vendor to execute and implement decoration and branding for offices as per its requirements and branding rules and regulations and based on office plan and design provided.
Offer Submission:
Companies interested in participating should provide offers that include the following details:
- Filled BOQ with prices in IQD as shown in the attached sheet. Only offers in IQD will be considered.
- Number of days for delivery and completion of work.
- Offer prices must include all costs, including materials, civil work, and any other associated expenses.
- A detailed description and specifications of the materials must be provided.
Documents Required for the Vendor Application:
- A list of references from past or current clients, particularly INGOs with contact information.
- Company registration documents and profile.
- Confirmation of the company's registered bank account in Iraq.
SWIQ reserves the right to request material samples from the selected vendor to verify quality and ensure specifications are met.
The selection criteria will be evaluated based on the following weighting scheme:
- 50%: Technical offer, including material specifications, quality, and implementation plan.
- 50%: Financial offer.
