Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leading the implementation of activities related to the 3 different project components in the target locations of the governorate.
  • Ensure the smooth implementation and monitoring of the project’s activities in close collaboration with the supervision team and members of the field teams.
  • Traveling daily to project sites and ensuring that activities are proceeding as planned.
  • Ensuring that all issues identified during activity implementation are resolved in a timely manner and communicating these to project management and MEAL team.
  • In coordination with Field Officers and MEAL staff, operate a drop in rota to verify participants’ attendance to the implementation activities.
  • Supervise members of team and deliver technical support and guidance to the team.
  • Supervise the daily work of the activities (attendance, respect of the activities schedule and timing, respect of HR policies);
  • Plan and conduct with the assistance of the coordinator regular community consultations and FGDs with the beneficiaries and community members;
  • Make sure that logistical, administrative and financial procedures linked to program implementation are followed and alert the PM if gaps are observed in order that corrective action may be taken.
  • Carry out any additional task given by project manager.
