The Staff care officer will

• Responsible for implementation staff care policy of EMMA
• Reporting all protocols and exchange with medica mondiale regarding staff care
• Will supports the planning, realization and reporting of all self/staff care activities in Emma’s community centers and head office.
• Prepare with focal-points the work plans and following the implementation and
• Responsible for monthly reports
• Support all learning activities as required (organize staff & logistics)
• Organize the logistics for all trainings (trainings rooms and local travel and lodging of trainers)

Candidates should possess:

• Relevant University degree, if possible in psychology
• Previous work experience is preferable
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English language
• Computer skill is required such as the basic application programmes like word, excel, powerpoint, and also outlook.
• Effective planning skills with the ability to set and work to (personal, team and donor) deadlines.
• Organizational skills and intrinsic motivation for work
• Being feminist is added value
