Main purpose of the job:

Execute the pharmacy/medical warehouse storing activities in order to maintain pharmacy stock adherent to good distribution practice and policies and following recommended conditions (temperature, humidity, cleanliness of the pharmacy, etc.) under the supervision of the Pharmacy Supervisor.

الهدف الأساسي من الوظيفة:

تخزين المستودعات الصيدلية / الطبية من أجل الحفاظ على مخزون الصيدلية متمسكًا بممارسات وسياسات التوزيع الجيدة واتباع الشروط الموصى بها (درجة الحرارة والرطوبة وما إلى ذلك) تحت إشراف مشرف الصيدلة.

• Preparing peripheral Unit orders after pharmacy supervisor validation and dispatching them to departments.
• إعداد الطلبات الطبية بعد التحقق من صحة مشرف الصيدلة وإرسالها إلى الإقسام.
• Receiving orders, identifying potential disparities against packing lists and reporting them to supervisor. Storing medical items in accordance with MSF standards.
• تلقي الطلبات و تحديد التباينات المحتملة ضد قوائم التعبئة والإبلاغ عنها إلى المشرف. تخزين المواد الطبية وفقًا لمعايير منظمة أطباء بلا حدود.
• Ensuring good storage conditions of all medical items in the pharmacy in accordance with pharmaceutical standards and good distribution practice and policy.
• ضمان ظروف تخزين جيدة لجميع المواد الطبية في الصيدلية وفقا للمعايير الصيدلانية وممارسة وسياسة التوزيع الجيدة.
• Ensuring correct and timely filling out and maintaining of stock cards.
• ضمان الإيداع الصحيح وفي الوقت المناسب للخارج والحفاظ على بطاقات المخزن.
• Carrying out regular inventories including department stocks if requested.
• إجراء عمليات الجرد المنتظمة بما في ذلك مخازن الاقسام إذا طلب ذلك.
• Controlling warehouse facilities in order to ensure materials are kept in good conservation storage conditions.
• التحكم في مرافق المستودعات لضمان حفظ المواد في ظروف حفظ جيدة
• Monitoring temperature in the warehouse and all other cold chain equipment present in Nablus hospital. Ensuring that products requiring cold chain are suitably stored and transported in accordance with MSF Supply and Cold Chain ,request support from Logistic department if needed.
• مراقبة درجة الحرارة في المستودع وجميع معدات سلسلة التبريد الموجودة في مستشفى نابلس. التأكد من أن المنتجات التي تتطلب سلسلة تبريد يتم تخزينها ونقلها بشكل مناسب وفقًا لبروتوكولات التموين وسلسلة التبريد التابعة لمنظمة أطباء بلا حدود.
• Ensuring cleanliness of premises (stock pharmacy) and in close collaboration with the logistics department, maintaining refrigerating equipment.
• ضمان نظافة المباني (مخزن الصيدلية) وبالتعاون الوثيق مع القسم اللوجستي ، والحفاظ على معدات التبريد.
• Controlling and limiting warehouse access to authorized personnel and ensuring doors and other exits are secured. Immediately informing the line manager of any problems arising in the course of the work, particularly with regards to damage, loss, attempted break-ins or theft in the warehouse.
• تأمين السيطرة على مستودع و محدودية وصول الأشخاص المخولين بالدخول و التأكد من ان الأبواب والمخارج الأخرى مقفلة. إبلاغ المدير المباشر على الفور بأي مشاكل تنشأ أثناء سير العمل ، لا سيما فيما يتعلق بالضرر أو الخسارة أو محاولات الانهيار أو السرقة في المستودع

• Follows up stock levels with regards to alarms thresholds, stock out, expiry dates and drugs to expire in the following 6 months. Make a report and passes it to the pharmacy supervisor
• متابعة مستويات المخزون فيما يتعلق بعتبات الإنذارات ، ونفاذ المخزون ، وتواريخ انتهاء الصلاحية والأدوية التي تنتهي صلاحيتها في الأشهر الستة التالية. قم بعمل تقرير وتمريره إلى مشرف الصيدلية
• Ensuring that items to be quarantined (on-going quality alerts) or to be placed in quarantine zone (batch recalls, expired or damaged items) are removed from the stock and safely locked.
• التأكد من إزالة العناصر المراد عزلها (تنبيهات الجودة المستمرة) أو وضعها في منطقة الحجر الصحي (عمليات سحب الدُفعات أو العناصر منتهية الصلاحية أو التالفة) من المخزون وإغلاقها بأمان.

• Apply MSF principles, values and internal regulation. Apply MSF procedures and adhere to the rules implemented by MSF within Nablus hospital.  

• تطبيق مبادئ منظمة أطباء بلا حدود والقيم والتنظيم الداخلي. تطبيق إجراءات منظمة أطباء بلا حدود والالتزام بالقواعد التي تطبقها منظمة أطباء بلا حدود داخل مستشفى نابلس.

• Respect and ensure that Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) measure implemented at Nablus Hospital are followed inside the pharmacy and by the pharmacy team

• احترام وضمان اتباع إجراءات الوقاية من العدوى ومكافحتها (IPC) في مستشفى نابلس داخل الصيدلية ومن قبل فريق الصيدلية

• Education: Medical Diploma in pharmacy (institute diploma)
• Experience: At least 2 year experience Mandatory in pharmacy storekeeping.
• Desirable 1 years of previous experience with MSF or other International NGO’s
• Languages: Desirable English; Fluency in Arabic
• For applicants with foreign certificates, Iraqi recognised state-diploma is required.
• For applicants registered under DOH Ninewa, a non-objection letter should be provided only if the staff is selected

• الخبرة: خبرة الزامية لسنتين على الاقل بادارة مخازن الصيدليات
• يفضل خبرة لا تقل عن 1 سنوات مع منظمة أطباء بلا حدود او مع منظمات اخرى.
• اللغات: يفضل معرفة اللغة انكليزية, و الطلاقة باللغة العربية الزامية
• المتقدمين من ذوي الشهادات الأجنبية، مطلوب شهادة معادلة لها ومعترف بها من الحكومة العراقية
• المتقدمين التابعين لدائرة صحة نينوى، يجب تقديم كتاب عدم ممانعة فقط إذا تم اختيار الموظفين.
