Main Purpose:

Carrying out cleaning activities in the mission

according to MSF standards and procedures in order

to ensure hygiene and disinfection of materials and surfaces

Accountabilities

• Performing tasks related to hygiene and disinfection

according to protocols applied in the service, knowing

and applying specific hygiene protocols

• Maintaining clean and disinfected, the infrastructures

allocated to his/her position including the furniture,

doors, walls and floor and some medical material

(rooms of patients, of consultation, laboratory,

operating theatre, delivery room, mortuary, waiting

room, staff room, storage room, kitchen, bathroom

and latrines) applying specific protocols and using the

tools and equipment provided. Cleaning floors,

equipment, beds, toilets and showers according to

protocols and schedule

• Collecting and evacuating waste produced by medical

structures to the designated site, previously sorted by

medical staff and emptying out dustbins as often as

necessary to ensure an efficient quality of care and safe

environment

• Raising awareness on hygiene and sanitation measures

amongst patients, visitors, staff, mothers to use

correctly the water distribution points, latrines, hand

washing points and washing areas in collaboration with

the nursing and health promotion team

• Ensuring proper use, storage and maintenance of the

equipment and tools provided. Ensuring availability of

hygiene and sanitation products, and draws up orders

for on-going needs

    Requirements

• Education:

Elementary or literacy

• Experience:

Preferable similar experience as a hygiene agent and        experience in handling laundry work will be an added advantage

• Languages:

Local language knowledge, English is

                 an asset in communication with work environment

وتطبيق بروتوكولات النظافة المحددة

• الحفاظ على نظافة وتعقيم البنى التحتية

المخصصة لمنصبه بما في ذلك الأثاث،

الأبواب والجدران والأرضيات وبعض المواد الطبية

(غرف المرضى، الاستشارة، المختبر،

غرفة العمليات، غرفة الولادة، المشرحة، الانتظار

غرفة، غرفة موظفين، غرفة تخزين، مطبخ، حمام

والمراحيض) تطبيق بروتوكولات محددة واستخدام

الأدوات والمعدات المقدمة. تنظيف الارضيات،

المعدات والأسرة والمراحيض والاستحمام وفقا ل

البروتوكولات والجدول الزمني

• جمع وإخلاء النفايات الطبية الناتجة

الهياكل إلى الموقع المعين، تم فرزها مسبقًا حسب

الطاقم الطبي وإفراغ صناديق القمامة في كثير من الأحيان

ضرورية لضمان جودة الرعاية الفعالة والآمنة

بيئة

• رفع مستوى الوعي حول تدابير النظافة والصرف الصحي

بين المرضى والزوار والموظفين والأمهات للاستخدام

نقاط توزيع المياه والمراحيض واليد بشكل صحيح

نقاط الغسيل ومناطق الغسيل بالتعاون مع

فريق التمريض وتعزيز الصحة

• ضمان الاستخدام السليم والتخزين والصيانة لل

المعدات والأدوات المقدمة. ضمان توافر

منتجات النظافة والصرف الصحي، ويضع أوامر

للاحتياجات الجارية

• التعليم:

 التعليم الابتدائي او الالمام بالقراءة والكتابة

• خبرة:

يفضل ان يكون لدى المتقدم للوظيفة الخبرة المماثلة كعامل نظافة والخبرة في أعمال الغسيل ستعتبر ميزة إضافية

اللغات:

معرفة اللغة المحلية، اللغة الإنجليزية

 تعتبر افضلية في التواصل مع بيئة العمل
