Background

Al-Tadhamun Iraqi League for Youth announce its intent to contract a specialized expert in Strategic Planning to facilitate an interactive workshop and develop the organization's strategic plan for the next three years.

Scope of Work and Responsibilities:

• Preparation: Design the planning methodology and institutional analysis tools (SWOT/PESTEL).
• Facilitation: Manage a two-day interactive workshop with management and staff to review the vision, mission, and goals.
• Development: Draft the final strategic plan document, including SMART goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Implementation: Develop a chronological implementation plan consistent with requirements.

Expected Deliverables

• An approved and professional Strategic Plan document (3 years).
• A Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) matrix.
• A final report including recommendations for implementation and follow-up.
• Training agenda and materials.
• Two-day training workshop
• Practical tools and templates for staff
• Final training report.

All documents shall remain the property of the Al-Tadhamun Iraqi League for Youth, and the expert is committed to maintaining strict confidentiality regarding all institutional information.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Advanced university degree in Strategic Management or Business Administration.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience in providing training to Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs).
• Specialization: Minimum 5- 7 years of experience specifically in Strategic Planning.
• Skills: High capability in facilitating complex dialogues, building institutional consensus, and transforming discussions into practical action plans.
• Training: Experience in delivering interactive and practical training sessions.
• Language: Full proficiency in Arabic and English.
