برنامج التعافي متعدد السنوات / تعزيز

يهدف البرنامج إلى تعزيز الحماية والدعم النفسي والاجتماعي وتحسين الشعور بالأمان والرفاهية الاجتماعية والعاطفية في مراكز التعلم وفي المجتمعات المحلية للشباب العائدين والنازحين والباقين وشباب المجتمعات المضيفة الضعيفة لزيادة فرص حصولهم على التعليم بالشراكة مع الحكومة العراقية والمجتمع المدني. سيعمل على تمكين المراهقين والشباب العراقيين العائدين والنازحين والمستضعفين (10-20) من الوصول إلى التعليم بالشراكة مع الحكومة العراقية والمجتمع المدني. سيتضمن برنامج MYRP / Taazez تدخلات محددة لضمان المشاركة المستدامة في التعليم للشباب المتأثرين بالصراع. سيقدم المرشدين التربويين في وزارة التربية خدمات الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي والإداري وخدمات الحماية للأطفال الذين لا يزالون يعانون من الآثار الدائمة للنزوح أو احتلال داعش طويل الأمد، بالإضافة إلى إجراء وساطة مع آباء الفتيات الذين يرفضون إعادة بناتهم إلى مدرسة.

المؤهلات ومعايير الاختيار :

• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية او الانشاءات و ما شابه ذلك.
• ما لا يقل عن 2-3 سنوات من الخبرات في عمل مهندس الموقع أو المشاريع المتعلقة بالمياه والصرف الصحي والنظافة الصحية في السياقات الإنسانية.
• شهادات الدراسة وشهادات العمل تكون مطلوبة .
• المعرفة السليمة للهندسة والبناء والتصميم.
• مهارات قيادية وتنظيمية عظيمة.
• مهارات رائعة في إدارة المشاريع.
• القدرة على التواصل بشكل فعال ومحترم مع المجموعات المتنوعة والأفراد.
• مهارات اتصال قوية والقدرة على العمل مع أشخاص من خلفيات مختلفة.
• خبرة في العمل مع المجتمعات المحلية، والأطفال، وذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة.
• القدرة على تطبيق مهارات التفكير المنطقي والنقدي للمشاريع.
• مهارات الاتصال الكتابية والشفوية وبرامج الحاسوب (word, Excel)
• اتقان اللغة العربية تحدثا وكتابة ومعرفة جيدة في اللغة الانكليزية

Program aims to reinforce protection, psychosocial support and improve the sense of safety and social and emotional well-being at learning centers and in communities to returnee, displaced, remainee, and vulnerable host community youth to increase their access to education in partnership with the Iraqi government and civil society. This intervention will empower returnee, displaced and vulnerable Iraqi adolescents and youth (10-20) to access education in partnership with the Iraqi government and civil society. MYRP / Taazez Program will include specific interventions to ensure sustained participation in education for conflict-affected youth. Ministry of Education (MoE) counselors will provide psychosocial, administrative and protection support services for children continuing to experience the enduring effects of displacement or long-term ISIS occupation, as well as conduct a mediation with parents of girls who refuse to return their daughters to school.

المهام والخدمات المقدمة:

• دعم فريق منظمة ميرسي كور في العمل في مدارس المطلوب اعادة التأهيل لها داخل قضاء الموصل.
• دعم فريق منظمه الميرسي كور من خلال متابعة ومراقبة عمل المقاول في موقع العمل خلال مدة تنفيذ المشروع وبصورة يومية.
• ضمان تنفيذ اعمال الترميم بكفاءة وجودة عالية وحسب الجدول الزمني

• تعبئة استمارات المراقبة للمقاول وتقديم الموجز اليومي عن سير العمل.
• دعم فريق الميرسي كور من خلال المتابعة والمراقبة المنتظمة لأعمال البنية التحتية باستخدام أشكال الاتصال الخاصة بـ منظمة الميرسي كور.
• إعداد تقرير أسبوعي لموظف البرنامج عن الأنشطة المحققة والتحديات والتوصيات.
• إذا لزم الأمر ، يقوم المرشح بالمتابعة مع الجهات الحكومية لإصدار الخطاب الرسمي والأرشفة.
• بالتعاون مع موظف البرنامج ، سيقوم المرشح بأرشفة وثائق المشروع (تسليم الموقع ، نماذج المراقبة ... إلخ).
• سيقوم بالإبلاغ عن أي سوء سلوك في الميدان إلى الخط الساخن لمنظمة الميرسي كور أو عن طريق CARM.
• يحافظ على فهم الوضع الأمني ​​والسياسي والثقافي والسياق العام في مجالات تنفيذ البرنامج.

Infrastructure engineer responsibilities:

• Supporting the Mercy Corps team in working in schools that require rehabilitation within the Mosul district.
• Support the Mercy Corps team by following up and monitoring the contractor’s work on site during project implementation period on daily basis.
• Ensuring high quality and timely delivery of all the rehabilitation work .
• Filling out monitoring forms for the contractor and providing a daily summary of the work progress.
• Support the Mercy Corps team through regular follow-up and monitoring of infrastructure works using Mercy Corps communication forms.
• Preparing a weekly report to the program officer on the activities achieved, challenges and recommendations.
• If necessary, the candidate will follow up with DoE to issue and archive the official letter.
• In collaboration with the Program Officer, the candidate will archive project documents (site handovers, monitoring forms...etc.).
• Report any misconduct in the field to the Mercy Corps hotline or via CARM.
• Maintains an understanding of the security, political, cultural situation and overall context in program implementation areas.

Infrastructure engineer requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or similar.
• Experience in a similar role.
• A diploma in a relevant field, such as Civil engineering, Water and Sanitation Engineering, Fluid Mechanics, etc.
• At least 2-3 years of experiences in site engineer or WASH-related projects in humanitarian contexts.
• Additional certificates or licenses may be required.
• Sound knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design.
• Great leadership and organizational skills.
• Superb project management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with diverse groups and individuals.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with people from different backgrounds.
• Experience in working with local communities, children, and people with special needs.
• Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.
• Great written and verbal communication skills and office app (word and excel)
• Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and good knowledge of the English language.
