WATAD is a non-governmental and not-for-profit organization with Iraqi registration under the number 1HD2203019 under law 12 for 2010 that works in Iraq to promote the development of resilient, democratic communities that are able to realize their potential. We fundamentally believe that having social stability requires enabling inclusive, sustainable growth; promoting free, peaceful, and self-reliant societies with effective, legitimate governments; building human capital, and creating social safety nets that reach the poorest and most vulnerable.
