The Success Horizon Organization for Development (ASO)  is a humanitarian, developmental, relief, nonprofit and nonpolitical organization, which is dedicated to improve the community, increase social coherence and to support women, children and people in need based on the human rights approach.Targeting all helpless categories according to venerability criteria of women, children, disabled, elderly, widow, divorced, the women who head the family, emigrants, refugees, the ones who return to their places and the host community who are affected. ASO is registered in Iraqi Federal Government. Its main office is located in Nineveh Governorate – Zummar sub- district, but it also manages groups, volunteers and activities in several places including, AL –Aayadia , Rabiaa, Wana sub- district and Telkief.

منظمة افق النجاح للتنمية ASO هي منظمة إنسانية وتنموية وإغاثية وغير هادفة للربح وغير حكومية تعمل على دعم وتطوير المجتمع لزيادة تماسك المجتمع ودعم النساء والأطفال والمستضعفين في المجتمع على أساس نهج حقوق الإنسان. وتستهدف جميع الفئات المستضعفة وفق معاير الضعف من النساء، الأطفال، المعاقين، المسنين، النساء التي ترأس العائلة، الارامل، المطلقين، النازحين داخليا، اللاجئين، العائدين الي أمكنهم الاصلية ومجتمع المضيف الذي تأثر. ASO مسجلة لدى الحكومة الفيدرالية العراقية. يقع المكتب الرئيسي لـ ASO في محافظة نينوي - ناحية زمار ولكنه يدير مجموعات وفرق تطوعية وأنشطة في عدد من البلدات الأخرى مثل ناحية عياضية وربيعة و ناحية وانة و قضاء تلكيف .

Although, ASO as a local organization has recently registered in nonpolitical organization’s department, but it started working from 2014 as an active volunteering group which proved itself in a good way through focusing on different types of social activities like rapidly responding in emergency situations and helping refugees during ISIS battles with great focus on child protection and coexistence activities through involving communities in dialogues, raising awareness and to spread peace.

على الرغم من أن ASO منظمة محلية مسجلة في دائرة المنظمات الغير حكومية حديثا، إلا أنها كانت تعمل منذ بداية سنة 2014 كفريق تطوعي نشط، فقد أثبتت نفسها بشكل جيد في التركيز على القيام بأنشطة اجتماعية مختلف مثل الاغاثة في حالات الطوارئ ومساعدة النازحين جراء المعارك مع داعش مع التركيز بشكل كبير على حماية الطفل وأنشطة التعايش السلمي من خلال إشراك المجتمعات في الحوارات والقيام بأنشطة توعوية لنشر رسائل السلام.
