We are seeking a motivated Assistant Trainer to support the delivery of training sessions by assisting the lead trainer in preparation, coordination, facilitation, and follow-up activities. The Assistant Trainer will help ensure smooth implementation of training programs and effective engagement of participants.
Experience working with NGOs and/or humanitarian or community-based organizations is an advantage.
Interest or background in training, facilitation, or capacity building.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to support training sessions, group work, and logistics.
Basic knowledge of training methodologies and participatory approaches.
Good writing and documentation skills in Arabic and/or English.
Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
