arche noVa – Initiative for People in Need is an independent, non-religious, non-profit, non-governmental organization (NGO) headquartered in Dresden, Germany. Operating at the intersection of humanitarian aid, rehabilitation, and development, arche noVa's work is primarily focused on the Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) sector, currently across ten countries worldwide.

Since 2013, arche noVa has been actively implementing projects in the Kurdish Region of Iraq, serving internally displaced persons (IDPs), returnees, and host communities across the Governorates of Diyala, Sulaymaniyah, Salah Al-Deen, and Kirkuk. Our interventions have included the provision of WASH services in IDP camps in Sulaymaniyah, Kalar, and Khanaqin, as well as out-of-camp support through the rehabilitation of WASH facilities in schools and health centers, and the improvement of water and sewerage systems in rural communities.

Following the decision to close the KRI / Iraq country mission, arche noVa is now inviting interested parties to submit bids for the purchase of one of the organization's vehicles. Further details regarding the vehicle specifications, condition, and submission requirements are provided below.
