Qualified tender offers (bids) are sought from competent bidders for the following: Professional external audit services for People in Need (PIN) GOI Annual Financial Report for the Financial Year 2025.

Questions could be answered only until (12:00 pm 27-Apr-2026). PIN does not guarantee that all questions will be answered.

- The subject of the email should be “(IRQC000874 _Audit services GOI)/‘Bidder Name’/‘Date’’.
- All attached documents should be clearly labelled so it is clear to understand what each file relates to.
- Deadline for submitting bids: Wednesday 29th of Apr 2026 at 12:00 pm.
- Electronic bids will be processed for evaluation on 29th of Apr 2026 at 12:01 pm.
Each bidder must meet and properly prove the following qualification criteria with relevant documents:
- Quotation Form Annex 1; filled, signed and stamped.
- Sworn Eligibility Statement Annex 2; filled, signed and stamped.
- Authorization to engage in business activities in the respective field (certified to work as a legal auditor; work license.
- Proven track record of three 3 similar / equivalent services, one at least, conducted within the past 5 years. International Non-Governmental Org and Non-Governmental Org also included here.
- Proven track record of two 2 similar / equivalent services, one at least, conducted with International Non-Governmental Org and Non-Governmental Org in the past 3 years
