OXFAM is conducting a tender process within Iraq and invites your submission of an offer within their requirements.

Note: The successful tenders will be expected to enter into a formal contract with Oxfam which will be supported by a framework agreement for: :  Provision of CASH TRANSFER SERVICES (HAWALA) (Erbil, Diyala, Kirkuk, Anbar, Mosul, Baghdad Duhok, Sulaymaniyah, and Salahuddeen ) governorates located in IRAQ

for the period of one year as per the conditions detailed in the Request for proposal Dossier.

The deadline for the collection of the Tender Dossier is 5  of APR 2026 at 04:00 Pm (Iraqi time)

The deadline for submission of Offer is 6 of APR 2026 2:00 Pm (Iraqi time) upon conditions in the Tender dossier.

OXFAM does not bind itself to award to the lowest offer and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the tender.
