Save the Children International in Iraq is inviting submissions of tenders for a contract to provide the following products:

Establishing a FWA for Supplying WASH Hygiene kit, Dignity Kit, water trucking and WASH equipment

Detailed technical specifications are included within the tender documents.

Electronic Submission via ProSave

• Submit your response in accordance with the guidance provided in the below document: if you are registered in Ariba Network

If you are not registered in Ariba Network (ProSave) please follow the standard account self-registration guidance

Electronic Submission via Email

• Email should be addressed to Procurement Department at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
• Note – this is a sealed tender box which will not be opened until the tender has closed. Therefore, do not send tender related questions to this email address as they will not be answered.
• The subject of the email should be “RFQ/PR694952 / Bidder Response – ‘Bidder Name’, ‘Date’’.
• All attached documents should be clearly labelled so it is clear to understand what each file relates to.
• Emails should not exceed 20mb – if the file sizes are large, please split the submission into two emails.
• Do not copy other SCI email addresses into the email when you submit it as this will invalidate your bid.

Paper Submission

• One paper copy submitted on headed paper to Italian City 1, Office no. B4, Erbil – Iraq, Erbil, Iraq
• Bids should be submitted in a single sealed envelope addressed to Yasser Rasheed.
• The envelope should clearly indicate the Invitation to tender reference number (PR694952) but contain no other details relating to the bid or the bidder’s name.
• All supporting documentation should be labelled and grouped together (individual envelopes, stapled etc.), and then included in a single sealed envelope as per the above.

In total, we request that you supply us with the following information:

1. Signed and stamped copy of the quotation
2. Copy of business owner ID
3. Copy of confirmation letters that requested from the ITT,
4. Copy of primary key contact ID
5. Copy of Updated version of Disclaimer of Tax 2025 or 2026
6. Copy of valid business registration
7. Copy of your latest Tax Clearance documents from Ministry of Finance 2025 or 2024
8. Signed and stamped copy of the SCI Policies in the attached of this tender package 

The final date of submission will be than 15^th Mar 2026 04:30 PM GMT+3 Iraq time. All offers sent after that date will be neglected.

تدعوكم منظمة انقاذ الطفل في العراق الى تقديم العطاء الخاص ب

إنشاء اتفاقية إطار (FWA) لتوفير وتوريد حقائب النظافة الصحية، وحقائب الكرامة، وخدمات نقل المياه بالصهاريج، ومعدات قطاع المياه والإصحاح والنظافة الصحية (WASH).

لكي تتمكن من الوصول إلى رابط الاستبيان، يجب عليك التسجيل على شبكة  Ariba.

• بمجرد إنشاء حسابك وإكمال استبيان التسجيل، يمكنك المشاركة في التندر وتقديم ردك وفقا للتوجيهات الواردة في الوثيقة المرفقة:

• يفضل تقديم وثائق المناقصة عن طريق نظام ProSave أو يجب تقديم العرض ( الظرف المغلف) إلى مكتب منظمة انقاذ الطفل في المواقع المذكور ادناه:

2. التقديم الإلكتروني عبر البريد الإلكتروني

• يجب توجيه البريد الإلكتروني إلى قسم المشتريات على العنوان التالي: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
• ملاحظة: هذا البريد الإلكتروني يعمل كصندوق عطاءات مغلق ولن يتم فتحه إلا بعد إغلاق المناقصة. لذلك، يرجى عدم إرسال أي استفسارات تتعلق بالعطاء إلى هذا البريد الإلكتروني لأنها لن يتم الرد عليها.
• يجب أن يكون عنوان البريد الإلكتروني (Subject) بالشكل التالي:
  RFQ/PR694952 / Bidder Response – “اسم مقدم العطاء”، “التاريخ”
• يجب تسمية جميع الملفات المرفقة بوضوح بحيث يسهل معرفة محتوى كل ملف والغرض منه.
• يجب ألا يتجاوز حجم البريد الإلكتروني 20 ميغابايت (MB). في حال كانت الملفات كبيرة، يرجى تقسيم الإرسال إلى رسالتين بريد إلكتروني.
• يرجى عدم إضافة أي عناوين بريد إلكتروني أخرى خاصة بمنظمة Save the Children عند إرسال العرض، حيث سيؤدي ذلك إلى إلغاء العرض المقدم

• يقدم نسخة ورقية (ظرف مغلق) مختوم وموقع, الى مكتب منظمة انقاذ الطفل  في  الموقع المذكورة ادناه :منظمة إنقاذ الطفل العالمية  -مكتب اربيل – القرية الايطالية 1 – رقم البيت B4

نطلب منك تزويدنا بالمعلومات التالية :

1. نسخة من العرض (مختومة وموقعة)
2. نسخة من هوية مالك العمل او المقاول (صاحب الشركة والمخول)
3. نسخة من اسماء الموظفين الاساسين (اسماء وارقام الهواتف)
4. نسخة من أحدث مستندات التخليص الضريبي من وزارة المالية (حسابات ختامية و براءة ذمة2021 او 2022)
5. نسخة من تسجيل الأعمال التجارية سارية المفعول (هوية غرفة التجارة اوشهادة ممارسة المهنة)

6 . نسخة من سياسات SCI  موقعة ومختومة يمكن تحميلها من متستند ال ITT

7 . نسخة (مختومة و موقعة) من مستندات الـ ITT, مع جميع الكتب المطلوبه فيه

8 . نسخة من كتب التأيد المطلوبة في ملف ITT  حسب كل الفقرات المذكورة

9 . نسخة من العقود (الاعمال المماثلة ) باسم الشركة حصرا مع المنظمات الدولية والغير حكومية , الخ

الرجاء استخدام رقم العطاء (المذكور ادناه)  على العطاء المقدم, كل اوراق العروض يجب ان يكون مختوم وموقع من قبل الشركة, ويرسل الى الموقع المذكور اعلاه    PR694952

  الوثائق الكاملة للعطاء يجب ان تقدم الى احد مكاتب منظمة انقاذ الطفل العالمية  قبل موعد الاغلاق 15/03/2026 قبل الساعة 4:30 مساءا

ملاحظة: اي ظرف يكون خالي من المستندات المذكورة يتم استباعده مباشرة , ولا يحق لمقدم العرض تقديمه فيما بعد , لذلك يرجى تقديمه حسب الموعد المحدد
