Auction No.: 2026 / EBL-001 – Six Laptops

The Norwegian People’s Aid (NPA) invites qualified companies to submit bids for the purchase of six Lenovo laptops listed below. This auction will be conducted under a bid process, with the award to the highest valid bid meeting all terms and conditions.

Buyer Responsibilities

• Collection Location: Norwegian People’s Aid – Erbil Office; Address: 4 Towers, Building C, Floor 4, Ankawa, Erbil
• Collection Deadline: Within 48 hours from the date of payment.
• Offer Validity: Bids must remain valid for 30 days.
• Inspection: Items may be inspected at the NPA Erbil Office prior to bid submission

Submission Requirements

All interested bidders must submit:

1. Completed and signed the auction document, including the total bid price in IQD
2. Copy of a valid ID of the buyer or authorised representative
3. Company/shop registration certificate 

Important: Submissions missing any of the above documents will be disqualified.

Specific Conditions

• Minimum Starting Bid: 6,000,000 IQD for the full lot
• Payment Method: Cash or bank cheque preferred
• Award Criteria: The contract will be awarded to the highest compliant bid meeting all conditions
• Bidding Requirement: Only bids for the entire lot of six laptops will be considered
• Collection Requirement: Items must be collected within 48 hours after payment; failure to do so may result in forfeiture.
• Bidders are expected to comply with all legal and regulatory requirements applicable in Iraq.
• NPA reserves the right to reject any bid without providing justification.
• Awarded bidders must complete payment in full before item collection.
• No partial collection or partial payment will be accepted.
• NPA will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or delay once items are collected.

• A physical submission should be submitted in a sealed envelope to: NPA Erbil Office – 4 Towers, Building C, Floor 4, Ainkawa.

• Late, or underbid offers will be disqualified.
